Return Policy

If you receive a wrong or defective item please contact us by e-mail within 3 days from the date you receive the product.
Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. The package should contain everything it did on arrival including the invoice. Products returned in other than above condition will not be exchanged. No exception on this rule.

For products returned in accordance with this policy, you should receive replacement within 5-10 calendar days from the date we receive the merchandise. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Products received later than 14 days cannot be accepted for return.
